Our First Aid at Work Training Pack includes everything that you require to deliver a course that is equivalent to the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work RQF/QCF. Topics include; the role and responsibilities of a first-aider, being able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally, being able to manage a casualty with external bleeding, being able to manage a casualty with a minor injury, being able to conduct a secondary survey, being able to administer first aid to a casualty with suspected head and spinal injuries, and being able to administer first aid to a casualty with anaphylaxis.
When you use this resource to deliver a First Aid at Work course, your learners will:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of a first aider
- Be able to assess an incident
- Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
- Be able to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
- Be able to recognise and assist a casualty who is choking
- Be able to manage a casualty with external bleeding
