How long does the Cavendish Care Certificate induction take?
The Cavendish Care Certificate induction course can take from 5 days to 12 weeks depending on the needs of your service.
How much does the Cavendish Care Certificate induction cost?
The Cavendish Care Certificate has been designed to reflect your training needs and statutory requirements. The total cost of delivering this course will be dependent upon your training needs. We have worked with many NMDS Social Care compliant Providers so that they can reclaim all our course fees upon successful completion. In essence this results in an induction course that not only achieves the Cavendish Care requirements but is also FREE.
Is the Cavendish Care Certificate induction course an accredited RQF (QCF) qualification?
We can offer accredited or non-accredited course options, if you select the accredited route your learners will work towards a RQF (QCF) Level 2 or Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.
What is the minimum time spent working with the Cavendish Care Certificate induction Tutor?
The course tutor will work with each learner during every session of the course and support each learner to ensure successful completion of the Cavendish Care Certificate and the RQF (QCF) qualification in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (if applicable).
Do you offer any training to support our in-house team of Workplace Cavendish Care Assessors?
From 2015, employers must appoint “workplace assessors” to support the assessment of the Cavendish Care Certificate in the workplace following our delivery of the training course. Accordingly, it is a requirement that all workplace Cavendish Care Certificate assessors are knowledgeable about the standards being assessed and be occupational competent. To ensure that your Cavendish Care assessors have the correct knowledge and understanding we are able to offer comprehensive Cavendish Care Certificate Assessor training courses to up-skill your local training team or senior staff that will be observing your employees within the workplace.
